Rates
- All rates are quoted in $US and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Rates do not include gratuities, telephone, meals and F&B, car rentals/drivers.
Reservation / Payments
- 50% deposit and a completed reservation form are required to confirm your reservation and must be received within 2 weeks of your verbal confirmation.
- Please fax fund transfer documents to 62 361 8446304.
- Bank details for your deposit are on your reservation confirmation.
- Transfer charges are the responsibility of the client.
- Balance of payment upon arrival: Cash in USD, AUD, SGD or local currency (no credit cards accepted).
Cancellation / Refunds
- Deposit will be refunded in full less $US 200 if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or prior to departures. Reservations cancelled less then 61 days prior to departure are subject to forfeiture of deposit.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
